Just called Royale today to place my order for the summer; when to open, what chemicals we need, etc. Asked about ordering a new solar blanket and Callie was very helpful. The guys who come out to work on the pool are always friendly and answer any questions I might have.

Was recommended to them by our neighbor who also has an inground pool. It says free water testing and if you have questions to call them. I called once and twice while physically in the store trying to learn about the products and what my pool needed and why. I asked about water testing and was immediately replied with this: "If you buy the chemicals from me, I'll test your water." Five days later while having an issue with my sand filter and deciding on a cholrinator, again while inside the store and inquiry about parts for my filter and the sand and replacement process, the same rude lady once again came to the front of the store and wouldn't answer any of my questions and literally said this: "Buy the sand and then I'll give you advice." Not exactly the way to gain a new customer who obviously needed the help and was ready to purchase a few hundred dollars worth of product. Why would I buy something and HOPE she knows what she is talking about? They should prove to me they know what they are doing if they want my business and before I purchase anything. I will never go back into this place and will encourage other pool owners and friends to never frequent or do business with them. Everything in their store can be purchased online for 5-25% less and then you don't have to worry about that rude and pushy women who doesn't care about you or your issues, just wants you to buy their over priced products.

I am never one to write reviews but I felt I needed to write about my experience as well as others. They own Royal Pools and Royal Storage.
Multiple units on their property were broken into during the time we rented a garage from them and they do not carry insurance for their units. I would suggest going somewhere that has security.
I was also charged $35.00 when I took my things out because they had to "sweep". After finding this out, I said I would be more than happy to come sweep it out that day. Her reply was that she had already done it and that it did not need to be done again. This is not a business that acts like they appreciate your business in any way. A little customer service goes a long way.

Joe Blood is a great guy and he has his daughter working for him, a chip off the block. They also have a nice young girl working the counter as well. I live in Swisher and always enjoyed buying my pool products from Joe and was excited about buying a new pool from him next year. I like Joe and his store is close and convienent. However, I had to return a deck ladder that didn't seem to work for my needs, just didn't seem safe for my son and his friends. Everything was going well until, who I believe is Joe's wife, wanted to know why I was returning it. When I explained, she got really snotty and started getting confrontational with me. I left with a credit, but I sure heard about it. She chirpped all the way to the back room. If you buy something and you need to return it, you've been warned. It was a pretty uncomfortable experience. WWJD (What Would Joe Do?) NOT THAT!!
