I have been going to RP Tax for about 10 or so years, back when they were a 2 person operation. They have grown significantly since those times, but have always remained excellent! I also appreciate they have evolved and gone more digital, which has made the tax process much easier! The only rough part is the cost to have my taxes done, but ultimately I trust RP Tax, which is why even with inflating costs, I continue to go to them.
We've gone to Robert for our taxes for several years now and he's fast, efficient, and super helpful. His support staff has been equally fantastic, and always made us feel welcome. He's been so great we continue to work with him even though we've left the islands, and he's just as if not more fast, efficient and helpful from afar. We look forward to continuing to work with him in the years to come.
Working with Jacob was quick, easy, and efficient! I was looking for local tax preparers and was glad to find RP Tax Service. I made an appointment and they happened to have an opening the same day. Jacob was willing to explain things to me that other preparers did not have time to explain, so I decided this would be the company I'd work with. Within the week, my documents were ready for my signature. I highly recommend RP Tax Services!
I contacted them after needing a new accountant for the year! Their online website portal to upload docs and their chat system means it's super easy & you never have to walk in, if your taxes aren't complicated! I absolutely loved Jacob, he gave me such great advice! He answered my rather ignorant questions with such grace and extra information, it actually helped a lot in other scenarios, so I could advise my friends and coworker to go to them for questions. I'm a lifetime customer now! Their easy to read breakdown, estimates, fees and personal analysis makes you want to stay consistently with them!
We love them! The portal is super easy to use, our taxes are complicated as we have items across multiple states, real estate property, rental property, student loans, and multiple incomes. They do a great job of communicating and helping us in a quick and timely manner!
Once again Robert saved me money! I thought I was going to have to send more money than I had withheld on my paycheck to the Feds and State, but he worked his magic. Robert, owner of RPTax Service, is very kind and thorough. He has found several tax deductions that saved me thousands. Deductions that I was not even aware of. He quickly responds to emails and never seems rushed. If you want an excellent tax preparer go to RP Tax Service. Do not waste your time on the chain tax services,they just aren’t as committed to helping you. Aloha.
RP Tax Service and staff are so easy to work with and Robert is totally efficient and quick when preparong one's tax returns. Their online process makes it so easy to submit documents and is definitely a time saver. I would highly recommend their services to everyone.

Had some time to submit my tax forms to RP Tax Service. Within a few hours taxes completed. Wasn’t even expecting it to be completed till the following week at the earliest because submitted on weekend. Thank you for the speedy service. Highly recommended.
