The front desk person Dave is a typical salesman with no intentions of keeping promises. I think the shop mechanics are good at what they do. I am happy with my clutch replacement. I am not happy with mzny promises made by Dave and promises not kept. I never did get information needed to register for the warranty on the clutch.
This shop charged a half million dollars from 2018 to 2021 for f**king our climate by illegally modifying emission tracking on 375 diesel trucks. When caught they were only fined $10k - probably less than the interest they earned on that half million. Also too cute by far, they advertise as a woman owned business when the real active owner is the husband, Sean Coiteux according to WA SOS and their own website. Disgusting
The cam sensor on my Ford 7.3L decided to halt it's communications to the ECU. Sitting on the shoulder of I-5, 3 hours from home, no tools, no spare sensor. I found myself an exit away from RPM. Called and spoke with Dave, he let me know they could probably squeeze me in tomorrow. I got a call that day, just 4 hours later, cam sensor was taken care of and with an OEM part. Straight shooter, no BS, saved me in a pinch.
A helpful, caring shop for all your deisel needs. After being stranded with a turbo issue, Nick and this shop came to the rescue and got me in and out at a fair & honest price, even following up with a phone call to make sure I was satisfied. I have made further appointments for my truck with this business and would highly recommend them. Thank you RPM!
These guys have taken fantastic care of my 6.0l power stroke for years and I have nothing but good things to say about them.
BEWARE! DO NOT USE THEM. If I could give zero stars I would. I have had my GMC 2500 into this shop 3 times in the past year. Every time it comes back with more issues then when I dropped it off. For example, glow plugs needed to be replaced. They replaced 2. Picked it up and nothing inside my vehicle worked, blinkers, seat belt fasten signal, door dinger. Took it back, they blew a fuse. Took it in last week to have the trailer brakes fixed, again. Picked it up, no radio, no heat and no blower fan. Took it back, not their problem. That's a dealer problem. They worked just fine when I dropped it off. But again, they said, we didn't touch that, not our problem. So here I am, snow, no heat and no blower fan. Never did fix my trailer brakes or my back up sensors that were supposed to be fixed on the 2 time in.Services: Engine repair
Had a Cummins 5.9 that was running terribly. Took it to another shop that couldn't figure out the problem, wanted to run $800 of diagnostics with repair estimates in the thousands. Got in touch with Nick at RPM, who came out to look at it even though we had no appointment. Within about 3 minutes, he discovered a mouse nest in the air filter. That solved about 50% of the problem. Ran it another week, and it still wasn't running quite right. Took it back it, and techs discovered 22 gallons of gasoline in the tank! Not my proudest moment as a truck owner, but was grateful to RPM for being smart enough to figure out my problem at a fair price. I easily could have spent $3000 someplace else and had the same problem. Glad to have found my shop for all future diesel needs.
