RPM Parking

I am from a small town and didn't realize at the time I parked in the lot that one needed to get their ticket first. When I came back I had a rather large ticket. I called and explained my situation and they reduced my fine substantially. Appreciate the customer service. Lady was very friendly on the phone.

I park in the lot on 14th and Market frequently and feel the rates are very fair. Also, I had received a parking ticket because I read the hours incorrectly, and when I called, she was very understanding and helped take care of my ticket. Will definitely keep my business!

Aweful company. Aweful people. Park anywhere else. They ticket selectively. The lady that answers the phone Jonna is the rudest person I have ever met.

Horrible people! Laughed in our faces and called us all liars. Needless to say they were in the wrong.
