RTA Medical Supply

What ever you do. Do not do business with this company. They will screw your insurance info up wait 8 months then send you a huge bill. There customer support is no existent. I couldn't even make a deal to set up payment or find out what went wrong. No phone service, No calls backs after leaving voicemail, no email or fax support. So this means there in business to attack your credit or extort money off of you. So my message is leave the company alone. and keep in mind no customer support effort, no payments!!!!

Any medical supply store in Pennsylvania will be better than this one. Rude staff they don't return phone calls they don't have any medical supplies when you wait 2 months to get your supplies which by the way you can only get every 3 months because of insurance purposes they send all of the wrong supplies. They do not bill the insurance carrier and send you a bill for things you cannot use. Find another company don't deal with the imbeciles that run this facility. You'll end up with other medical conditions from the stress they will give you.

Got first couple of regular schedule deliveries of cPap supplies, but then nothing. When I call I get transfered to the correct department only to be switched to voice mail. They never return phone calls. Looking for new supplier now.

This company is the worst company I've ever dealt with, they never explained to me how I was being charged, they wouldn't let me cancel & when I had questions about my bill, they only have one number to call for billing & it always goes to voice mail, that tells you to leave your number and they will call back. I've left 5 messages & have never got a return call. I've been in this nightmare for 6 months. Do not use this company! go else where.

Unfortunately I was given a nebulizer at my son's pediatricians office and told it would be covered by insurance. But then I received a bill from RTA for 3X the amount I could have paid online. They are thieves and if you can go elsewhere please do. Companies like this are part of the problem with our healthcare system.
