They're normally pretty well priced but they are slow to respond if you need support. They only dumped half the trash and charged me full price and then charged me for a second pick up. The man on the phone was "unable to escalate this issue" when I asked for a refund

A truly stellar organization. Professional, forthright and respectful.

They are terrible. The "good" reviews are from insiders. Just look at their Yelp reviews where you have to be certified. Not even 2 stars. We have 6 day a week service and have not been picked up since Wed before Thanksgiving. Office folks are just as bad as drivers. No one cares if they get your garbage or not.

I would give zero star if possible. Service was very unreliable. Customer service was horrible. After talking to them many times, nothing changed. Had to switch to another provider but still getting bills for services not received. Stay away from them.

This is a great company although our dumpster is usually picked up right at about 8am it took until 1pm to get picked up. Other than that awesome company to have.
