We dined on a week night and it was a wonderful meal and service. We ordered the caesar salad as an appetizer. It was plenty to split between two people. The steaks and sides were delicious. Our waiter was knowledgeable and thoughtful. We will definitely be back! Photos note: We already cut into our steaks! They looked so appetizing.
First off I want to say that the service was great when I visited and the wait staff was very attentive. Me and my girlfriend came in for dinner and we had the sesame crusted yellow fin tuna as an appetizer which was okay but not the greatest. My girlfriend then ordered the filet minion while I ordered the Kansas City strip. We both were very underwhelmed by the steaks. Don’t get me wrong they were cooked perfectly at medium rare but the quality or the seasoning left us wanting more. We were expecting a lot more based on the reviews and maybe we came on a bad night because it was a Monday but I honestly expected better.
Parking sucks since they don’t have parking lot. Our server Tara sorry if I said it incorrectly. She was describing food as how I wish and she was very nice and accommodating, takes pride in what she does A++ thank you! The steak ribeye was recommended I love the fatty part and how it was cooked medium plus it’s how they called it was perfect. The sauce is way too salty as well as the fries : Had the lava cake it wasn’t lava and you can tell it was a frozen cake : took awhile to come out : The food and experience here made it better cuz of our servers. The guy server were nice too thank you! Clam chowder were good with thick cut bacon chunks. Yummm
The wait staff were truly wonderful, we were celebrating my mother's birthday and they make it a wonderful experience. They even help us set up a cake we brought in and light up the candles. The steak was done very well and was very tender. Everyone enjoyed thier meal
The food was absolutely amazing! We had the porterhouse for 2, calamari, lobster Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, and the spinach. Everything was cooked to perfection. The service was so friendly! Our waiter, Danny, was so warm and welcoming to us. He’s very genuine in the way he treats his customers.
First time here but won’t be my last! My friend/coworker wanted to go to shake shack but I’m not really a fan. I saw this place, always said I wanted to try it and talked her into it. Best lunch decision! Tom suggested the steak sandwich and it was SUPERB! Tender and juicy. I don’t like onions but I ate that sandwich as is and it wasn’t just because I was hungry . I will return to try more of the fare because my introduction was stellar!

Had such a great experience overall at this restaurant. We called ahead and they informed us there was no wait and just to call ahead when we arrive. We got there around 8:30 pm on a Sunday and we had the restaurant to ourselves. This is why I needed to write this review so badly to get more people in here! Our server's name is John and he's just so attentive, very professional, and great conversation with him. Don't expect high end décor, you are coming here for the food and the nice casual neighborhood vibe it gives off. The manager was also very nice and talked to us during the night, always making us feel like part of the family. The food was amazing! Fried calamari was fried just right, not soaked in oil and the batter was so light and airy, calamari super fresh. We also got the smoked bacon, it was a little on the tough side, but the taste was outstanding. Now for the steaks! I got the ribeye, medium rare, cooked and seasoned perfectly...emphasis on the perfectly and my boyfriend got the porterhouse, also cooked and sliced to order. Each steak comes with two sides, so this is an incredible deal. The au poivre sauce was so rich and creamy. I am so glad this place is nearby, we will be coming back for more!
Went tonight with my family and had an absolutely great experience. The wait service was very friendly and attentive. Everything we ordered looked and tasted great. Great recommendation on a bottle of wine that was not expensive but was a very tasty Pinot Noir. The porterhouse was amazing! The sides of cream of spinach and mashed potatoes were very tasty. We live on Staten Island and have only been here two times even though we always hear great things. Will definetly be back again soon.
We picked this place out because it's right across the street from the Staten Island ferry. We had reservations walked in and were seated immediately on the rooftop terrace. Our waiter John was excellent, so friendly and very funny he made our night! We all had drinks and appetizers all were delicious & the brussel sprouts salad was to die for! Can't say enough good things about this restaurant from staff to food the atmosphere. The owner came by and chatted with us, he was so nice. I had the filet mignon and cooked to perfection. Delicious desserts were awesome! Don't hesitate to eat ..here you won't be disappointed! social distancing was in place and masks were worn
