Cute and trendy stuff, my daughter & I love to shop here, plus their staff totally rocks! I love the evening manager! forgot his name, but he’s super cool! Thanks for making my daughter and I feel welcomed whenever we come in.
Love this store, the newest staff members seem to be up beat, helpful and very friendly. the style of clothes are very diverse, prices are great especially the BOGO buy one get one sale. 50% off or free most the time. The clearance is killer I go my hoodie sweet shirts for $9. Love this store
I haven't been impressed with rue21. Where I was initially drawn to their very cheap clothes and sales, I quickly found that the clothing quality matches the price. Additionally, the staff at this location seems often disinterested and somewhat annoyed that you're there as a customer. I'm not interested in going back.
Staff was very attentive. Helped me find jeans in my size. There's not as many men's clothes here like the other stores. But over all great selection of women's clothing!
This Rue21 is located in the Brickyard Plaza with the collection of a whole bunch of other stores, like TJMAXX and Ross. Once you walk in, the store is separated by boys' section on the left and girls' section on the right. I usually stay on the right side for obvious reasons. The cashier counter is in the middle of the store and usually only one worker is working the cashier counter. I really like shopping at Rue21 because they always have cheap, but cute clothing. Not going to lie, but some of the clothing items are kind of tacky and more for middle schoolers, but if you look hard enough there are clothes for older people as well. The quality may not always be the best, but for the price, it's worth it. There are always sales and clearances going on. There is always a clearance section with some quality items. I've bought multiple pairs of quality pants for $3 each. I also recently bought a nice sweater for $6. The store was promoting Ruebucks and I got 2 Ruebucks to spend in December. Each Ruebuck you can get $20 off of a $40 purchase. If you get emails from them, there are usually coupons or small little deals as well. The employees are willing to help you out with discounts as well. They informed me that I only needed a little bit more for another Ruebucks, so I just got something small to fit the criteria. The employees are always very willing to help you and are nice people to talk to & create conversations with. Overall, the quality of the clothes may not be the best, but for the price, it is pretty good; you just have to be able to "eye-out" the good items from the tacky items. The pricing is usually pretty cheap. The employees are nice and the store is usually clean.
I went to buy sunglasses around 10 when they open and the staff was very rude the whole time. When I left I told them to have a nice day and I hoped it would pick up for them. They didn't even say bye. If you're going to work in customer service you should at least pretend to be nice.
They use to have great panties for one buck a piece. Loved to go buy a bunch of cute panties for so cheap. Now they are not nearly as cute and expensive for their making.
I love Rue 21, however- this store is usually a mess! The racks are frequently overstuffed and hard to look through.
The male employee was judge and staring at my friend group the whole time we were there. Also kind of overpriced. Overall not a great experience
This store is always messy. Even though there aren't many customers. It seems like the staff don't do anything when they're not being watched.
