Ruffino's Spaghetti House

Pay no attention to the trolls giving this restaurant low ratings! We have been here twice and all of the food has been memorably delicious. The marinara is wonderfully seasoned, the pizza and pasta are great. This is also a garlic lovers paradise. The interior is casual but quite elegant; do not be put off by the exterior.

Haven't been there for a while, but decided to get a carryout on valentine's day as we have many memories of dining here. The food was excellent, the service was exemplary, and they made the best cannoli EVA!

It was the first time I went to the restaurant. They had quick and excellent service. The food was amazing and tasty. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I loved their margaritas and all the alcohol options. There were many options to choose from. I also celebrated my birthday at the restaurant.

Eating this pizza is the highlight of my week! We got pizza for delivery! It's great and taste fresh! My husband and I also had chicken Parmigian and seafood Marinara. So yummy and tasty! Great prices! Excellent!

The pizza and lasagna blew my mind! Quick service and delicious food!! By far the one best Italian food in Arlington County!! Highly recommend

I've loved coming here for years and even though some changes have been made, the changes only make it better! I absolutely adore the new new additions to the menu and I'm happy the old recipes are just about the same!

Amazing food!!! me and my family come here very often because it is our favorite Italian restaurant. great to have the Margherita pizza and the Philly cheesesteak. Love it!! We still enjoy the old dishes. they got improved! Amazing!! excellent food, staff, clean....Everything about this place is amazing!
