This station is no longer staffed, however it is still a stop. The waiting room is always warm and roomy as you await your train. It was opened in 1907 and is still a beautiful vintage depot in mostly original condition.

I have traveled to Rugby by train alot over the years, I find it the easiest way to travel. I get on in Winona, MN in the evening and arrive in Rugby in the morning. I usually can sleep on the train, so I am ready to go when I get in. I haven't lost a day driving. Very nice people and station!

Just rode from Minot, ND to Rugby, ND Staff were nice, and has that vintage train depot at both stops
