I highly recommend the Organic Ocean Facial! The aromas were very earthy and relaxing They have heated facial beds and use heated hand mitts as well. My Esthetician was Deanna, and she was very nice about giving me extra time with the steamer on. Loved the experience

Diana’s facials are wonderful! I see her monthly and the results have been great. She knows what she is doing, uses very nice products and makes good recommendations. In addition, the spa has a very relaxing atmosphere, plenty of space to decompress and is always very neat and clean.

As a 20yr veteran esthetician myself, I have very high standards for what a great facial should be. Esthetician Diana pronounced Dee-Anna absolutely impressed me - with her incredible professionalism and knowledge about the products she chose for me, and her distinct massage techniques! She worked my skin in ways I’ve never experienced before! She’s studied and mastered the art of eastern massage techniques. I learned so much from her! I left Rumi with my skin re-hydrated and plumped up with lots of collagen. I can’t say enough about what a gift she is to Esthetics! Thank you, Diana!!!

Would recommend clarifying info and prices before receiving services. My haircut was more than I was quoted during my consultation at checkout. The toner in my hair lasted 11 days and there are additional fees to have it re-glossed. It's too expensive even for partial work, having to already pay extra for glossing toner during my appointment to then not have it last even a month. I would say get as much info as possible and utilize the consultation well since you're paying for that too because a high-end salon definitely does not mean better quality.

I had a 90 minute massage. Nancy was great! I used both the dry sauna and steam sauna. The women's lounge was clean. Staff were all professional. The price was a little steep but I would definitely come back.

Love this place! My mom introduced me to Dani for hair, these stylists are top notch here! My mom, myself, my daughter & son with natural curly thick hair have had great experiences every time!! Today just had my makeup done by Jessica for a special night out!
