Story

To pick up your vehicle you will need proof of ownership such as
a title or valid registration. If you plan on driving the vehicle out
you will need a valid drivers license, valid registration and plates
and valid insurance on the vehicle in question. You can have the
vehicle towed out but you still need proof of ownership and a
tow truck. If the owner of the vehicle can not be present you
will need a copy of their picture ID and a letter signed by them
giving the person picking up the vehicle permission to do same.
All tow fees are to be paid in cash.
