We absolutely love it here!! family camping definitely at its best. We were thrilled to find they had a children's program on Saturday mornings. Our children had a ball making crafts, playing games, finding items on a scavenger hunt and of course snacks! The campground is clean, the grass is kept cut, with no trash to be seen anywhere. Dogs are welcome, but the owners are responsible for them and this rule is enforced. The RV sites are large and the spacing is not crowded. The camp ground was quiet and extremely peaceful. We were escorted to our site by the owners who were very nice and met us after hours with a smile. We will definitely be returning. The neighboring towns have everything you could want from mall shopping to the individual boutiques, restaurants, entertainment, golf and lots of nature to explore. It's a great place to visit. We will certainly be returning!!

Third year here (seasonal) and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. It's very well maintained, well managed and Toni and Scott (owners) are very attentive to the needs of all the guests. Bordered by the State Game Lands for the hikers, hunters and outdoor enthusiasts, but quiet and peaceful if you just want a great place to kick back, sit around your campfire like in the good old days. Lots of interesting things to do and experience in the surrounding areas. We especially find it interesting talking to and making friends with many people that stop by for a night or two or more on their trips elsewhere while passing through. Overall, staying here is a very positive experience.

I went to visit family there last year and really enjoyed my stay. The camp is a nice, family run campground. Campers are extremely friendly and welcoming. You can tell that Toni and Scott, the owners, enjoy what they do. They are always out and about in the camp - working, checking on things, setting up new campers. But no matter what they are doing they wave and say hello. Definitely a hands on couple. If you are looking for minute to minute activities, this definitely isn't the camp for you. If you are looking to kick back, enjoy the peace and quiet and get back to what camping really means, you will find that here. Not many activities in the camp, which leaves plenty of time to explore the state game lands, go fishing and just kick back around the campfire. And if you are ever there during one of their community fires be prepared for lots of laughs. I enjoyed it stay so much that I left my precious campground to become a seasonal camper here.

Quit secluded with playground for kids. Short trip to Walmart and shopping. It is rustic camping but full hook ups. No pool. adjacent to state game lands.

Wow... What a wonderful campground. We called for reservations. The phone was answered buy Toni who said: "No problem, call me back when you get off 80 and I'll by waiting in the office." We did and she was.
After 5 minutes we signed in and was ready to find our camp sight. Unlike other campgrounds, she jumped in a jeep and we followed her to our pull through camp site.
Now I ask you, when was the last time that ever happened.
The personal touch on everything is what truly puts this place in a category all it's own.
I would recommend this campground to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy themselves.
I will make this my go-to campground when ever I'm in the area!
Keep up the Great Work Scott and Toni.
