I was an incumbent on a contract that they won. Expensive health insurance, PMs don’t seem knowledgeable of contract process, not fairly paid.

Worked for RWD in shipping and receiving at the warehouse for years. Overall, worked at the site for 7 years with various contractors. RWD is the worst by far. No supervision, low compensation, no communication. One of my duties was to deliver parcels from offsite. I was recently let go after 7 years for delivering a package 30 minutes early. In the past, this was absolutely not a problem. On this day, RWD made a non existent issue of it!! The weather was a major safety factor!! Spoke to supervisors about it and they were not concerned with safety!! So far in last 6 months, they have fired 5 contractors, all good workers. If you're looking to work for a contractor, do not consider RWD.
