I love Lydia, she listens and does a great job! HOWEVER, the shop is in need of a makeover! Lighting is dark, everything is outdated and depressing! I am paying at lot and expect a nicer shop. They need to put some effort into creating a warm and inviting atmosphere!!

Samantha was very, very sweet but I am not happy with my first experience here. I changed seats 4x. Some random person washed my hair. I left with dripping wet hair bc my stylist had a last minute add on & couldn't blow dry my hair unless I wanted to wait 15 minutes for her to finish.

This is my first visit and I'm so happy right now. I had a cut previously done at another salon and she really ruined my hair. Came today and Agoud fixed the cut. She is amazing and I'm so glad I came today. I was apprehensive and she made the experience a good one. Will be coming back next for color and possibly going shorter.

Caitlin and Denise are wonderful! Always on time, so friendly, and know what they are doing. The girls at the front desk are always so nice also.
