really stupid staff I have been calling for 15 days to get service update and finally being told that it was ready. Got update from service the same day before Sending my driver from FL to NJ but the truck was not there and was leased to someone else. ONe star is more for them !

I have been using this location for my rentals since I moved my business into the area about 12 years ago. The crew working there a few years back lacked customers service skills to say it nicely. I'm glad that this location has good staff again. Nick and Francisco were a pleasure to deal with.
Front desk is very helpful and accommodating. Trucks are always available and well maintain. I'm the type of consumer that goes a million miles a minute which could be too much for customer service reps... however, for Francsico "it ain't no thang". He is very cool, patient and understanding.
