First, let me say that I am dissappointed to be writing this. I have incredible respect for the skills and talent of the team at Sumer. In January 2015, I ordered and receieved a super-helpful analysis of my website with particular regard to its copy. So in December 2016 when I was embarking on a new version version of my site, I was excited to return. I paid for an analysis. Heard back some, but then several weeks of radio silence. I did eventually hear back from the company founder who cited medical issues for her lack of communication. The review was schedule for early February, then postponed at the last minute because of a doctor's appointment that went long. Since early February, I've received no response at to any of my emails or phone calls. I've made it a point to be super polite because I recognize people can get behind in life. (And really, even if delayed, I would love to have the evaluation.) A week ago, I asked about obtaining a refund, but again didn't hear anything back.
