This place did a marvelous job of partially recovering my leather recliner. They had to special order a hide died to match. THey did a fantastic job of matching the leather and recovering the chair. It looks like new. They also came and got my chair from my 2nd story condo and delivered it back when the job was done. Great job. I would highly recommend them.

Buyer Beware! Absolutely terrible service - I strongly warn against this shop. The new top they installed is very poor quality, leaks like a sieve, causes the window and passenger door to jam (the windows would not even roll up properly before I left their lot), and does not allow the cover to latch in place. They didn't even bother to clean the new window, it still has tape residue all over it! - - - To the shop owner: For the record - "All convertibles leak, it is just what they do," and "Oh, it was like that before," are not acceptable (or factual) responses to a customer upset by damage done to their BMW. I can only presume that the cover no longer latching in place, preventing the trunk from opening, is "Just something to expect in a used car," right?

I took a bar stool in to be reupolstered and the did a great job. I took it in one afternoon and got it the next day. They had the material I wanted and did a professional job on the stool. I would definitely go back and have something reupolstered. Thanks for your help.

Update 3/16/17: Adding a star because the owner contacted me a few days after my experience to apologize and offer me what I think is a fair discount on the work for my hassle. I've been traveling and haven't had time to take it in yet, but will report back here if/when I finally do.
Original review:
I'm sure these guys do good work, but I never got that far. Last week I arranged to drop off my truck for a driver's seat recover, and was quoted a price on the high end of the range I expected, but since they seemed to have a reputation for good quality work on other sites, I agreed to drop it off this morning, as long as it would be done the same day. That was important to me because I needed it back for a long trip starting the next day. The owner also cut a square out of my seat to make sure he could match the color. I didn't love that, but figured it wouldn't matter because they're going to replace the leather, right?
So, I dropped it off as agreed, the owner wasn't in yet, but the shop tech drove me home in my truck, and then took off back to the shop with it. I stopped by around 1PM to check on the progress, and the owner was out, so I spoke to his son. My truck was parked right in front of the shop, and the work wasn't started yet, which I should have taken as a warning sign. Got a call a little after 5 PM from the owner apologizing that no one told him my truck was there so he didn't start the work. Did I mention it was parked in front of the shop? :-)
I accept that mistakes happen, and the owner was definitely apologetic, but part of what makes a good business to me is running an organized shop. And, when a business makes a mistake that inconveniences me, I appreciate it when they try to make it right. I would have been okay if S&S would've have offered a small discount on the work for my trouble, or at least a ride down to the shop to pick it up when they goofed up, but neither were offered, so I rode my bike down to pick it up. The owner again blamed the shop techs for not telling him it was there, which isn't isn't a good way to manage, either. Yes, the techs might have dropped the ball, but by not having a ledger of customers for the day or a place to sign in, he's not doing his part as the shop owner, either.
So, I'm worse off than when I started. I have a 1" square hole in my still-ratty, broken-down seat, lost an hour out of my day, and I'll now have a sore butt after my long drive this week. And if I want the seat fixed when I get back, sorry buster it's still full price. Yes, it could be worse, so my advice if you want to do business with this shop: hound 'em and make sure the owner is 100% engaged in every step. Get his mobile number of you have to. Me? I'm probably not going back. Time to order seat covers.

Pros: I needed my project done fast, kind of a short notice emergency job and they got it done. Did a decent job.
Cons: I got three estimates and he was the most expensive by far but I had no choice because he's the only one that could make my deadline. Twice as expensive as the next highest estimate.
