Couldn't be happier with Saber Security! Joe and Javier were incredibly professional, helpful and knowledgeable. We never felt pressured to purchase add on features, in fact, they talked us out of some that weren't necessary for our situation. Our security system and monitoring ended up being cheaper than other systems we considered, plus we got one on one attention and were able to get our questions in person. Joe even followed up with a phone call after installation to see if we were happy or if we needed anything. We know we can call him or his office with any issues that arise. Highly recommend!

These fellas provided me with a great system at a great price! Zak was incredibly helpful and informative and got me exactly what I wanted for 1/8 the price of other security providers. Do not waste anytime with Xfinity or other systems, these guys are the best!

Very satisfied with Joe and his installer. They did a great job and they were prompt with their initial visit and installed the next day. Great service and would recommend Saber Security!

JOE TAYLOR = A CHARLATAN!!!! COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!!! JOE TAYLOR begs me to come work for his company as a Sales Representative/ Installer seeing as how I have extensive experience dealing with ADT products! The Man lies in interview in regards to compensation & Pay structure in order to fill bodies for the what seems to be High Turn over rate for his failing company! Then, once you arrive for your first day or work & training, claims he doesn’t have your Contact information and literally waste over 3 hours of your Time, asking you to arrive at 10:00am but not even being there himself until 12:00-1:00pm!! Not to mention you will not be compensated for any time he wasted & Requires of you!! NEEDLESS TO SAY, THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!!!!! HIGH TURN OVER RATES, NO REAL MANAGEMENT! Complete waste of time dealing with this company! & the products they are installing in your home, ADT themselves aren’t using & are going back & un-installing!!! They’re just trying to Waste your time, Rip you off, and Take your Money!!

Great CUstomer service and excellent product. The install was quick, the sales rep and installer both very professional. All equipment is up to date. I highly recommend Saber Security ADT.

System has had issues every few months since purchase. I always have to call several times to get anyone out to fix issues. System has been down for months on end.

Install happened next day and was very quick. Everyone was super friendly and responsive

Customer service? Apparently non-existent with this company...

Their customer service is terrible...
