Called 5 minutes before the shop closed to schedule an appointment, they actually picked up the phone and schedule me for the next day. Fairly priced and fixed my car the same day. Highly recommended. Great customer service and technicians.

My 2015 Hybrid needed repairs. Very honest and quick service. Arthur diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the water pump and thermostat same day. As a result, I went back and did tires and breaks with them. Great job, definitely recommend this shop.

Absolute scammers, stay away from this shop if you care about your wallet. Most of these positive reviews are fake without a doubt. In the pictures, the top part is an Amazon water pump that costs 118 dollars shipped from china, and the part below is the water pump they gave me claiming it’s a oem part and put it in a Toyota box and charged me 600 dollars for a 100 dollar part, look closely at the numbers on both parts they are the EXACT same. Not only did they give me a garbage cheap part and overcharged by 500 dollars but they also didn’t respect my warranty at all. If you don’t want to get scammed, definitely don’t go here. They installed a “brand new” “OEM” water pump that ended up going bad in 4 months, and expect me to pay more for a tow to their shop so they can put in their fake 118 dollar part again and repeat the process? No original manufactured part goes bad this quick. This shop sells cheap Amazon parts and put them in a original box and branding and call them oem parts and overcharge people. It’s unethical and they continue lying. If you carefully look at the picture you can clearly tell they are basically the exact same product and both are from Amazon and the one that went bad was from this shop. Does it make any sense for me to spend my money to tow my car to these scammers just for them to try and scam me again? If you spend over 600 dollars in a brand new part you don’t expect it to go bad in less than 4 months period that I barely even drove the car in. Save your money, don’t look at these fake reviews and go to a better shop who won’t give you fake parts and overcharge you.

Sabo Automotive Repair Brooklyn is by far the best auto repair establishment in NYC. I’ve had the same issues with my car for almost a year and after numerous attempts through another service, Sabo fixed everything in less than a week with OEM parts! Taseen explained everything to my thoroughly that was needed that same day, sent me a quote to make sure I was good with pricing upfront, then knocked it out. Now my 2006 rides like a brand new car. This is THE place to get your car fixed. Recently they got new owners, two guys who are both mechanics ,and they know what they're doing and know every car inside out and won't charge you for unnecessary things or give you bs. The shop itself also just got renovated inside, and it looks amazing with a new modern office as well. They speak english, russian and urdu. HIGHLY recommend coming here.

I went to 8 mechanics for advice. I wasn’t happy with any of them. It’s very hard to find a really good and honest mechanic. UNTILL MY FRIEND REFERRED ME TO SABO!! They are exceptional!! Richie is beyond professional, good prices on most things, maybe a little high on 1 or 2 maintenance procedures but still lower in comparison to other shops while being beyond professional.Services: Transmission

Arthur was so trustworthy and quick to get us in on a Sunday morning. I had unfortunately had my catalytic converter stolen, and it was fixed in under an hour. They took the car in as soon as I arrived, showed us the issue and very upfront and honest. I would highly recommend! We were out of state, so it was wonderful to find the repair shop on such a short notice.

They gave me a no-nonsense explanation of work my car needed done at a better price than what I was quoted at my previous regular mechanic in upstate NY. I have gone with them ever since and today had my A/C repaired same-day—thank you, Artur and Alex!
