love the lunch special. Fresh and yummy. Location right across from the covid test spot so very convenient. They also have Puerto Rico Kan Kan pork that I want to try next time.

Very good service. Food is very good and the prices are more than fair. Have eaten here a few times.

This place used to have good food, now its OKAY. What made me change my review from 5 to 2 is the fact that prices have increased multiple times within past months and food quality decreased. I calculated the 8.875% tax but I am always upcharged more than $1. Not through delivery app, in person management needs to stop being greedy or find better vendors because for the food quality it is not worth the price.

One of the worst Peruvian food that we ever had. It would also help if the staff understood your order when it's being placed over the phone. I spoke to 3 people twice and only one barely spoke English. I was reading off their online menu and the person taking my order had no idea what I was talking about. I had to describe it to him several times before he finally understood what I wanted. He then told me that he'll have to calculate my order so he'll call me back with total price. Twenty minutes later, I called back only to speak to another person and having to repeat my order. It should have been another red flag when the price kept changing. The woman, third person I spoke to, claimed that she didn't add up all the items that's why the price changed. Fine, I just wanted to get our food so I paid. When asked about delivery time, she said that she will try to make it within 20 minutes. An hour later, the food finally arrived. We still tipped delivery man generously. Here's what we got. Sweet plantains, that weren't really sweet, dry roasted chicken, barely edible steak and lobster my son refused to eat the lobster because he said that it didn't taste right, ceviche soup, not type of ceviche I explained that I wanted, this one was mostly onion and little else. The only thing that was done right were french fries and smoothies. An hour later after eating both my sons had stomach aches. We tried several Peruvian restaurants after Pio Pio closed down. Most were fairly decent. This one was just horrible from start to finish. We will not be ordering from them again.

Terrible service ! I called to make an order and the guy that answered the phone at 2:30 p.m. on Jan 1, 2022 was extremely rude. He made me change my mind about ordering. He was super rude about questions regarding the menu. Unless I receive an apology from this employee I will never eat here again. It's too bad the food is great. It's a shame employees like this can make you lose paying customers.

Ordered a Philly cheese steak online and picked it up. It was delicious, real steak chunks, real cheese, it was much bigger than expected. I recommend eating here and will eat here again very soon. I live up the block. Better than 4 stars . Order locally. Thanks again

I am very disappointed with the quality of the food and the punctuality of the delivery. The rice, chicken, plantains, were dry and tasteless. The entire order costed $44 and some odd cents and I didn't enjoy any of it. And to make matters worse, the restaurant was extremely late in making/delivering my order. I will not be ordering again from them. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment! EDIT: After a few hours of eating this food, I became very sick. Stomach pain, nausea, and severe heart burn. Please do not order from this restaurant.. I think I have food poisoning, because my stomach was hurting really bad. Partially because the food was half DONE!
