Sabrina's J housekeeping

Unfortunately I know this review will get the same reply as all the other 1 star reviews on yelp... "customer lies, we work really hard 5 girls 5 hours no time for customer lies" but I can validate the other honest reviews of the unusual amount of people being brought into my home without permission 6-7 people here for 2.5 hours according to ring camera..... The stinky rags wiping everything dirty mop water reused I feel nauseous after these girls left. I used Sabrina a few times until I had a pair of Versace sunglasses go missing after a cleaning in nov I never said anything bc I had no proof except the fact no one else was ever in my home. I gave her another try almost one year later and found the services again to be lacking it's crazy how she feels ok to photograph my home ILLEGALY without permission and disregard my requests then senselessly misplace items my stethoscope and BADGE in a basket inside the bathroom and then when asked where things are she offers "organizational services for an additional $300 on top of the $680 that She already overcharged to clean my home. My home has been cleaned bi weekly prior to her coming my lovely housekeeper is in Mexico until the end of the year and we never cook however she claimed "everything deep clean" as her other rebuttals state. My dear housekeeper charges 300$ for my house in OC and the home is 900sq ft bigger. Sabrina is a business woman not a housekeeper her ego has been inflated to think those prices are the norm and it simply is not. Not even on a good day with clean rags and no theft or hiding items is it worth 680$... now let's see how she responds with immature predictable difficult to read unintelligible responses had to re-mop the entire house on my day off due to the sour rag smell permeating the entire home ... but when I went to get my cleaning supplies I saw she not only used them but left them dirty for me to pick up! So crazy! I asked Sabrina for her yelp and she sent me 200$ instead... hmmm. update just received devil face emojis from miss sabrina lol add harassment to the list :

Omg I love the Job, Excellent Service on my Best Pal , outstanding technique on carpet, So Happy & relieved that i can walk around with no shoes, Greatly appreciate the kitchen/ bathroom etc,will use them in the future.

Sabrinas house keeping was very professional and cautious always wore a mask and gloves. They left my house spotless. They were here on time and her and her girls worked so hard to finish the job. They have their own chemicals and left my home smelling so clean and fresh. I’m so happy with their service thank you very very much ladies I highly recommend their services
