They did a good job, and they did it pretty quickly but I can’t say I really felt trustful. They charged me 1400$ for a partial suspension rebuild, including 420$ for a lower control arm that is available from parts stores for 220$. Altogether I feel pretty nickel and dimed. Really it should have been a 900$ job. I have confidence Sadowski auto care will repair your car to a high standard. I also think you should try to get a better deal elsewhere.
I have now taken both of our vehicles to Tommy and his team after moving to NJ. Having grown up in the automotive repair industry, I am glad to have found a repair shop that takes as good care of their customers as we take care of ours. Sadowski auto does a great job of looking the vehicle over and bringing any safety, maintenance, and performance issues to your attention. They are honest with their evaluation and put any suggested repairs into perspective and context/criticality. I am glad to have found a place where I can take my vehicles when they cannot be serviced by family’s shop and still feel the same level of trust and confidence.
My car unexpectedly started to overheat and being new to this town, I didn't know where to take the car. I decided to stop by the auto care place in the morning a little after 7 am and was able to drop off the car and walk home. They were so personable, thorough, and timely with the feedback. The car was ready later on that day and the key was left in a lockbox where I was able to pick it up after hours. The cost was slightly expensive but again, the fact that I was able to get it fixed and received great customer service along the way made it all worth it!
The service needed was explained thoroughly, including the cost. It was taken care of promptly and efficiently, and the car is running fine. Mr. Sadowski was pleasant and concerned about doing a good job.
I had a flat tire Wednesday morning, called NJM and they sent someone to put on my donut. I drove up to Sadowski's and I no sooner walked down the block to the bank that Sadowski called and my car was ready. Thankfully, it only needed a plug. I can't thank them enough for taking care of everything so fast.
Although no actual repairs were performed my Tom and his crew, I was still treated with the same respect and 100% transparency with the situation I was in. Tom and his crew are unlike any auto repair shop, where they place customer satisfaction above all else. Will be considering Tom and his crew with all my future auto repair needs.
I am a long-time customer. On my way home from work recently, I noticed one of my new tires was low, so I stopped in and asked if they had time to look at it. They immediately drove it into the bay, put it up on the lift, found a screw in it, plugged the hole and finished by checking the tire pressure of the remaining tires. In 15 minutes I was on my way for a minimal charge.
The best mechanics I’ve ever worked with. Range Rovers are notoriously finicky and not too many mechanics want to work on them. Sadowski mechanics are pro’s and charged me a fraction of the cost it would’ve cost me at a RR dealer. Every single time. They are kind, honest and accommodating. I’d never go anyplace else. They also send a “thank you” card with a scratch-off!
I trust Sadowski's Auto Care with my vehicle. I have with my past vehicles & with my Mom's vehicle. I took my Ford Escape XT to AAA in Eatontown after I purchased it because a sensor needed replacing. They also did a diagnostic & visual check but never noticed the wrong hose was on my power steering. Tom & his crew noticed when I got my oil change & told me about it. They are professional, friendly & treat everyone like family.
If you want an honest mechanic at a reasonable price look no further! Everyone at Sadowski Auto is friendly, knowledgeable and honest.
