the 2 coaches my kids have are great and very understanding of my kids needs. the Staff is always willing to work with our schedules.

Instructors are pretty good, but management is constantly cancelling lessons--very annoying!

We travel from Nassau to this location because of how great the staff is! My son has been with Dylan since he was 2 months old and has so much fun with her. She has gone above and beyond to accommodate my schedule as my work schedule changed. Definitely recommend this location!

This "swim school" makes you feel like "give us money and we'll work when we feel like" . Waste of time and money.

Terrible experience Do not waste your money

I was really impressed by the progress my little boy made here. He absolutely loved every session and the instructors did a great job helping through the things he struggled with. It's crazy expensive though, but a great way to get your kids ready for the water in quick time.

The instructors are good the problem is management. For instance, I would sign up for a package and then they would give my sessions away to another client. This incident happened a couple of times. I've heard the same complaint from other parents.
