Overall: Was able to get booked within 2 hours of receiving an automated quote online . I'd gotten a small chip smack dab in the center of my new car windshield and didn't want it to spread. This is a bit of a mixed review, but I decided on 4 stars... Pros: booked fast, which was great. Quoted price 161, I knew right away. Staff was friendly Clean, tidy waiting room with restroom Cons: AC in the building had stopped working, so it was a hot waiting area. obviously this was something staff couldn't fix themselves, so understandable Somehow the tech I spoke to upon arriving, and the tech who worked on my car miscommunicated treated the wrong chip. extra 40mins waiting in the hot room The tech was clearly a hard worker and cared about his job. He did a great job with the chip, so far so good. This is why I still have the 4 stars. Also, just a note about location: when I had reached the destination, the road was blocked by deliveries. Fully blocked. I had to go around the block and turn the wrong way down the one-way street to reach the garage. again no fault of theirs, just keep it in mind if the street happens to be blocked I'd be ok going back to eventually get the windshield replaced if needed.

Great place, I dropped off Saturday my 2016 Smart Fortwo at 8:15 and got ready at 10:10, very professional, everything matched perfect, also they handled everything with my insurance so ended up paying $0, I highly recommend…

F plus went there early this morning. I'm expecting for them to work on my auto, he told me they cannot touch it because of. Rust, well, I took my car some where else they did a good job.

They were very polite and professional, my appointment time was for 3pm and my Escalade was taken in at 3pm! They estimated it would take around 90 minutes they got it done on time.

Hi in the past I went to independent glass repair shops and I was never sure if I was getting a fair price for a repair now with safelite I know I am getting the best price out there I don't mean to sound like a commercial but it is the truth I support the little guy but when it comes to auto glass I use safelite.

Nice guys and good service. They installed the wrong windshield and said they would call me to schedule another appointment when they received the correct model. I never got the call. After a month, made a new appointment and they installed it in half the time. So, overall pleased despite the inconvenience of taking 2 afternoons off from work. They did a nice job.

Don’t deserve to be in business…..judge for yourself based on my experience: Appointment 1: tech showed up with a badly scratched replacement glass. Wasting my entire day. Glendale location Appointment 2: tech showed up with THE SAME EXACT badly scratched replacement glass as in the first appointment. Wasting my family’s entire day. Glendale location Appointment 3: Did not show, call or any other form of communication. I called 15 mins before the window of show was to end and I was assured somebody was on the way. No one came. Wasting my family’s entire day. 49th location Appointment 4: Did not show AGAIN and did not call or inform that they are not coming, wasting my family’s entire day. 49th location I’d give 1 star for bad service but we didn’t even get as far as providing a service so, worth less than zero if you ask me and no way am I letting them touch my car since they’re incompetent enough to not even follow basic courtesy or carry out a service on 4 occasions.
