Safelite AutoGlass

Well… the glass looks nice, but the glue is super visible and looks terrible!!! Not to mention they put interior plastic from the back hatch on the asphalt parking lot and both sides are scratched up… Honestly, it’s unbelievable and I’m worried it’s going to leak because the glue is so bad. Glue pic attached…. Hard to find glass repair places - I will still use Safelite but disappointed this time. Update: Have appointment Saturday and they sound willing to help fix the issues. Washed car and is doesn’t leak - yahoo! Update: Safelite fixed all the mistakes!! They ordered a new back panel and it looks great! No more rattling and the glass looks great too - fixed the glue runs!!! So happy I pointed out the issues - Joshua on Corrington was more than happy to help get things done right!!!

I've used this Safelite location twice to repair minor dents, and the experience was pleasant on both visits. The customer service was good, with a reasonable wait time. There is a small lobby with a restroom, vending machines, a TV, and a coffee maker. Most importantly, the repairs were done right and look good!

They were very transparent with the process of fixing my car window and they made sure to let me know every step of the way what was going on with my vehicle. Very nice and polite also very professional. I appreciate them locking my car up in their garage and not just leaving it out in the elements until they could get the parts to get it fixed.

Great service, friendly employees and fairly priced. However, 3 months later after my windshield was replaced, I noticed that the passenger side was leaking water somehow. I’m always in the drivers seat so there is no way I would have known unless I was in the passenger seat stepping on the wet carpet. I did look up safelite’s limited warranty and their warranty is lifetime, but any defects must be told within 30 days. Anything after that is not their fault. Kind of a terrible warranty IMO. So I was S.O.L because reasons above. Took it to the repair shop and they told me whoever took apart the top engine cover compartment didn’t install it correctly as it was extremely loose and was not placed into the groves, so that’s probably the reason for water seeping into the air inlet duct. Hopefully this will solve my water leakage problem and it wasn’t a windshield installation issue. Even if it was, I doubt they’d cover it based on their fine print on the warranty.

Haven't had any issues with this vehicle. Come to pick it up, won't start. They attempted to help get it started, but it didn't work. They want to blame the battery. I wonder what they were doing with my vehicle and what they are trying to cover up. Utilize a different location if possible. "They" killed the battery but they blame the battery.

Such an easy experience all around. I scheduled online, submitted my insurance information, dropped my car off and everything was taken care of with minimal involvement. The work completed was top tier and my cameras in the windshield appear to have been calibrated correctly. Would highly recommend!

Great experience. Needed to get my rear view mirror glued back to the windshield. Got it in fast and finished the job quickly. A plus will definitely be my goto car glass company.

Clicking people off is a useless practice Safelite. Do better in customer care please. And we've noticed the indifference in your responses to subpar service in the reviews. Why? You seem jovial with your responses to 5* reviews yet you cower at the 1 & 2 star reviews. Why?

Have been waiting since mid October for my windshield. To find out any updates on my windshield we have to call them. Last call 2 weeks ago told mid December and still no windshield or call from them.
