They did a good job on replacing my windshield. It looks like it was installed very carefully and professionally. Employees are very friendly as well. I'll definitely recommend this shop for the people who's trying to get their windshield replaced.
Got online to schedule an appointment. Your system does not recognize my VIN. Triple checked the info I inputted 4 times. My VIN is correct. System still doesn't recognize it. I don't have the answers to all the questions the system is asking to ensure I get the correct windshield installed. Tried finding a phone number, called and the automated system just tells me to schedule online, but I can't because the system doesn't recognize my VIN. Seriously considering going elsewhere to have a new windshield installed. And I'd be paying outta pocket, so way to loose a cash paying customer with your terrible automated and scheduling system.
Horrible service I would give a 0. They replace my last vehicle and did good so I figured I take my other to them. Damage my brand new 2022 put multiple scratches.lets say I will be looking else where. Also office staff unprofessional. As well as I took it to them and was told how it was not there fault.
I had a crack they changed it but the new windshield had a line they came to my home and removed the line he was very respectful courteous and helpful I would recommend anybody to see Safelite
Here's the problem. If you list a phone number to call, and I call that number, I should be able to eventually talk to a real person. If I have to use my phone or a laptop to get a quote than what's the point of even listing your number? Very disappointing. I'll probably be going else where.
No they're not good couldn't get an appointment until October....no way I went to someone else and instead of $800.00 I paid $360.00 for both windows
