The technician that came to my house, William, was super amazing! He took his time to explain my repair and was really pleasant and knowledgeable. The repair was fast but he made sure everything was perfect. Making the appointment was super easy also! Definitely recommend and hope William gets a raise!

These folks were great across the board. The woman at the front desk was the most friendly, helpful person, making what could have been a dull wait while my windshield was replaced into a delightful morning. Thanks for a great experience!

Wow! The wonderful lady Krease at the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful. She was very caring of my concerns and she took the time to find the answers I needed. She was very knowledgeable in the business showing me what I needed to watch out for and followed up with recommendations. I can see why Safelight has her also answering the calls because her voice over the phone was very kind and made me a customer feel important.

It took them a couple of months to be able to get around to installing my windshield and when they did I had to drive over an hour to get it to their location because they kept changing the address that they could do it at. They replaced my windshield with a used one that has scratches all over it. They also failed to properly reattach the upholstery inside of the car around the windshield that they had previously disconnected. Staff was rude and apathetic. They also refused to properly recalibrate the sensors and camera in the windshield. If you have a Tesla, whatever you do, don't take your car to safelite. Probably best not to take any car there.

The quality of the windshield replacement is good. But the service itself isn’t the best. Time management seems to be a slight issue here. And it’s insanely expensive for a replacement. Hard for the average person to pay $500 or more for a windshield.

Super easy. They called me to set up appointments, finding the right shop and worked with me on times. The technician was waiting by the door for me when I got there to take my keys. The receptionist was really nice, brought out a space heater for me because it was snowing and would get cold when the door was opened. They have s little coffee station that was very convenient seeing how I was the first one there and mornings aren’t my thing. They finished right when they said they would, even vacuumed my front floor mats. The place might be a little hard to find if you don’t know the area, and there are a lot of Semi’s that drive around that area. So maybe give yourself and extra 10mins just Incase you get stuck behind one.

Great people and great work to get your windshield replaced at a quick and professional pace. They have been always good at replacing our cars windshields due to Utah having so many construction roads
