There may or may not be less expensive places to get a windshield installed. However Safelight does it for a fair price and is very efficient. They can also reprogram your car if you have those collision avoidance system sensors behind your rear view mirror.

Entered all the required information such as make, model VIN and all pertinent insurance information. Received an email to schedule an appointment and it kept asking me to re-enter all the information I just spent 20 minutes inputting. No times were offered after going through this a dozen times. And so much for calling their physical location in Draper. Impossible to get an actual person on the phone to schedule as it’s l done through their useless web page.

We replaced our windshield back in February 2022 two months old at this location. Two days ago, I noticed a crack coming from near the frame of the driver side. It didn't appear to come from a rock chip since it was a straight crack. We scheduled an appointment and luckily it was covered under warranty. It made me question the integrity of the installation back from February. Scheduling the appointment was such a pain dealing with the automated system. Trying to call this specific location to let them know I would pick up our vehicle after hours, was also a pain. This was our first time at Safelite and it will be our last. Absolutely not worth it to work with a company that is so hard to get a hold of.Services: Auto windshield replacement

Terrible. Was told that they would vaccum glass out. Glass is still in the bed of the truck and still in the cab of the truck. Didn't even try. Then lied and said they did. Also left a tool on top of my truck that fell off when I drove away.

It was nice service however after I got a new windshield and ended up get a new windshield only to get another rock chip and crack 2 months later. They will come to your office and fix windshield very convenient.

These guys did a really good job on my new windshield. I would definitely go back if I needed another windshield. The rep who helped me was awesome and they finished ahead of schedule!
