Used website to get a super reasonable estimate and scheduledan appointment. Dropped off night before my appointment after hours in drop box. Replaced windshield looks good. Payed by link from email. And Picked up after hours with keys locked in the car. Doesn't get anymore socially distanced than that.

It's been a month since I had my windshield replaced. I just noticed a warped wavy section today... Did they get this glass from the manufacturer? I tried calling but their call tree is all automatic and won't let you talk to a human... So I have to drive back to the facility to ask a simple question.
Filed claim yesterday for a chip in windshield. Was able to get into Safelite today. Had 4 kids all under the age of 4 with me. The staff gave them each a safety coloring book and crayons. They were very quick and efficient. Loved that they took the time to please the kids! Love, LOVE that my windshield is fixed. Thank you!!!
