Was looking for an auto glass company on Google and this one was recommended, Drew strategically convinced me about a thicker glass product his company offered. I am ecstatic with the final product! Setting up an appointment was seamless, customer service by the front desk reception as well as loaner vehicle enriched my experience. I recently had a technician at my house to repair a chip in the windshield.. After he left I noticed a stain in my driveway from the vehicle. A large area of oil. I contacted safepro by text 3 times. And. And my phone 3 times. All 6 times I was assured the manager would call.. It is now 5 days later. I have not heard from the manager nor do I expect to.. I'm very disappointed in this service. After the technician installed a new windshield on my car my wipers started acting erratically. They had not been reinstalled correctly and one of them actually snapped off. I called and they sent the technician back, but he didn’t show up all morning. I had to call again to get him to actually show up to the appointment. To their credit they did pay for the broken wiper and pretty quickly fixed their mistake.
I am writing this review for the amount of amazing professionalism that I get when I call in for help and get the pleasure of speaking with Jane! She is top notch and an absolute pleasure to work with she is extremely professional very knowledgeable and gets things handled in a timely manner!
This one of the companies that reached out fairly quick with a very competitive out of pocket cost rate. I was able to get scheduled in within a few days and the technician was early, polite and professional. If my new windshield chips and I need a repair it is free, I will write an updated review at that time as well. I would highly recommend SafePro Auto Glass for windshield replacements especially if paying out of pocket.
These scammers do NOT match prices and will overcharge. They tried to charge me $480 for a vent window replacement. Safelite and MAGIC WINDSHIELD is charging between $312-330. The scammers at safepro did not even offer to match the price, which means it is a lie when the website says they match prices. JUST GO TO MAGIC!!!
Great work but awful customer service. They were not transparent with me at all and the customer service wasn't up to par. I'd advise anyone to stay away from this company. They owe me a tint on my front wind shield. They also didn't clean up after themselves once the work was complete.
The customer service and the windshield replacement was top notch. Much better experience than their competitor. The service they use for recalibration did not have an advanced enough machine for my truck 2020 Dodge Ram so I had to go through the dealership which is always a pain. Safepro paid for it but not without me having to get the 2 parties on the same page which was annoying as well. All in all, I'm very happy with the windshield but wish the recalibration part of it was a little smoother of a process.
Fast and friendly service. With their cashback offer my deductible was less than a 1/3 of what it should have been. They installed and recalibrated the safety features in about an hour to an hour & a half.
I had use this company five times and had set up a price that I pay each time with them. I always paid out of pocket so I really needed to be careful about how much I spent. It was funny cuz every time I call I get quoted from prices $300 to $500 which was insane. I was quoted a price and then given the runaround. They changed my quoted price and said it was something about parts. You lose my business when I don't know if my windshield is going to be $300 or $500 or 600 depending on how much money you want to make that day.
