Big NO if you are ADULT and BEGINNER. By reading reviews i decided to take a class for adult swimming lessons. Worst experience ever. When i reached there , nobody was there at the reception. I called on the provided phone number, lady on phone kept me on hold for 10 mins and then mentioned she doesn’t have anyone’s number to whom she can ask to help me. After 20 mins we were able to get in. I had class with Dillon T. I am beginner. He is the worst instructor you can learn swimming from. He just told me hold the corners of swimming pool and try to float. thats it.I would have learned more from youtube videos. total waste. Don’t waste your time taking class from Dillon T. Felt super disappointed as i was really excited to start my swimming journey. Any suggestions about good instructor they have for beginners?

Camila is the best trainer. It was our first class last Sunday .she was very welcoming and kid-friendly. My 4-year-old was very excited and happy. Because of her she even didn't want to go out of the pool. Bravo Camila keep up the excellent work , I highly recommend her and her colleagues. Safe splash is the best swim school !!!

One star for the instructor Makayla, who is patient and helpful. This place has a very unreasonable withdrawal policy. 1. There is a withdrawal option on the online portal. I used that and received a confirmation email, but was only told that I had to call them one month earlier to complete the withdrawal. Seriously, why the online portal is even there? 2. I withdrew after taking one class for that month and expected to get a refund for the rest three of that month. But that is not possible. It is only possible to call before billing for a full refund. That policy was hardly noticeable. You have to read the policy WORD BY WORD before creating the account! 3. OK. My bad, I didn't see that tiny table about refund. So, at least I may get 25% refund? But there was no way. They told me I called too late about three weeks after I withdrew online. I thought I had withdrew and was waiting for them to process, OK? Lost my tuition for nothing. Very upset experience.

Our first lesson was wonderful. Easy and safe sign in and the coach was kind, persistent and encouraging. My child has some sensory challenges and it was a perfect experience for her. She asks every day if it is swim lesson day!

This review is primarily for Chris, who is the manager of the facility. Chris is not just an amazing teacher but also awesome in the ways he manages the whole place. He is kind, considerate and helps out with anything you need. He was the teacher who gave my kids their first lessons. He is an amazing teacher and even better manager. He has always been very flexible and accommodating. I really enjoyed our stay in the school and that was primarily because of how he managed everything! I had to never worry about missing a class, doing makeups, getting rescheduled, holidays, etc etc...

Excellent, fun, and engaging instructors, a warm indoor pool, and class sizes of one to four students max. SafeSplash is perfect for any age and ability!

Instructor Joe is absolutely phenomenal with our daughter Bella. She's taken classes elsewhere and has never really established a trusting relationship with her instructor, but here with Joe, she is excited to come to class and genuinely likes her instructor. We very much appreciate Joe's attention and teaching style. He is engaged and keeps the students' attention well. It's so much fun watching her in the water and I would highly recommend him as an instructor to everyone I know.

This is a very good swim school for both kids and adults. My kids have been taking lessons here for years. I decided to learn swimming last year at the age of 44 after a couple of failed attempts a decade ago and they were able to get me swimming in a few months and I also got into shape as a side benefit. I have been really enjoying swimming as an exercise and hope to continue for many years.

SafeSplash is a wonderful place for adults and kids swim classes. The staff and instructors are super friendly and very helpful. They are very prompt in answering your questions via chat or phone. They also offer makeup classes for adults not sure about kids which is great because with kids at home you never know what's gonna happen when..so it's great to have that option.
