Sage Mountain Farm and Sage Mountain Beef
Together, Phil and Juany Noble own and operate Sage Mountain Farm and Sage Mountain Beef.
Because it's so easy for a conventional farm to contaminate an organic farm, we enjoy farming in the wilderness - far away from all conventional farms – and we practice and maintain organic, sustainable farming practices.
All of our fruits and vegetables are grown on our family farm using sparkling clean natural well water and healthy organic processes. At our high desert property, we also use pure organic guidelines to raise steers, chickens, pigs and goats.
Sage Mountain Beef
Unlike most cattle, Sage Mountain Beef steers get to feast on an organic "salad bar buffet" of fresh watermelon, eggplant, onion, potato, tomato, and butternut squash plants, alfalfa, wheat grasses and other forages.
Sage Mountain Beef provides an excellent source of protein, vitamin B12, selenium, zinc, iron, phosphorus and other B vitamins without the concern for pesticide, hormone and antibiotic residues that may be found in other meats.
Our Green-Fed beef contains fewer Omega-6 fatty acids and saturated fat, more of the healthy Omega-3 fatty acids, and healthy poly/mono-unsaturates as well as beta-carotene and CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid), an essential fatty acid.
