I really like this place. They sell high quality organic products and a great variety considering the small size of the store. Pries are also very reasonable for every day products like milk and eggs. The staff is very friendly. I only wish they get back to their old extended hours of operation, as it is very hard to get there during regular work hours.
This is a very small organic store, but they have many things that I would buy online. I normally come here when I need to buy some organic daily necessities. The thing I am most grateful about is they have organic sanitary supplies. Not only one or two, they have from very small light one to one for heavy days. Everything you need Also some bath supplies and sanitizers that are gentle to your skin that I used to need to go to whole foods to buy and being in the long line. They have only 2 registers but since this is a small local store, you barely wait. And women who work here are very calm, feels so zen, and they come to help you quick when you need it. Also it is nice and fun of them to give you complementary gift as you spend more. Of course organic veggies are expensive, but eggs, milks are regular price like you buy organic brand’s in other grocery stores. My roommate likes their organic coffee, too.
This place is absolutely fantastic. It’s hard to find a store like Sai Organics, a lot of businesses call themselves “organic” but have mostly conventional items and only a small section of organic products. So when I walked into Sai I was expecting the same but was pleasantly surprised. Basically everything they offer here is actually organic, you will not be disappointed! I am so glad I found it, I even stopped buying a lot of the things I used to buy at Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s and switcher to Sai Organics. The products are of good quality and the staff is very nice and helpful. Thank you and keep up the good work!
Awesome people work & manage this establishment. A true "Mom & Pop" established business run by their intelligent, courteous and always respectable younger ladies. As for the SAI Organics 'product', always true to the value and delivered with the family's guarantee that 'they will hear you out up until your satisfaction..., KUDOS Wishing everyone a Healthier, Happier and Prosperous 2020 !
A pleasing little health-food store, in my opinion. After dropping into Sai's secretive nook off 31st, I was delighted to find a good, well-rounded selection of various organic fare, along with some extras such as protein powders, smoothie mixes, etc. Plus, there was brewed coffee available in addition to a big cooler of drinks. I easily found what I was looking for, and once checked out by a friendly and fast cashier, I was on my way -- success! Much thanks to everyone associated with this business. Keep up the good work :
My bad experience was buying almond milk cream cheese. I got home and it was moldy. I returned it the next day. The owner/manager did not seem too interested that she sold me a bad product, instead blamed it on the company. Not once did she apologize or seemed sorry. I went to get a new tub, this too had mold!! Checked 2-3 more which also had mold. At this point I just wanted to get out. Took my refund and left. It could be a bad batch of cream cheese, but the manager did not seem to care, feel bad, and had a bad attitude even after telling her I was deathly allergic to penicillin which is a chemical in mold!!
Their lentil soup is absolutely amazing! My favorite is the tofu sandwich. The avocado sandwich is great as well.
I normally love this place. They have a lot of little things I need, plus their baked good are always awesome. This one star is just for the experience I had yesterday, and nothing else. It‘s important enough for me to write this. I walked in yesterday, it wasnt busy. I asked the girl at the counter for a gluten free brownie and I bought that and a vanilla almond milk single serving size. I walked out, and I took one bite and instantly realized she did not give me a GF brownie. I felt it . I knew it . I walked back in, shocked, appalled, telling her Is this a GF brownie??? and she was like “no it’s not not?” So I told her “oh no, i already took a bite” and I’m not sure what was going through her head, but she was like oh if you took a bite I’m gonna need to charge you again.. and there’s a price difference. and she charged me a 50 cent price difference. my girlfriend paid for it because i had walked away by this point to avoid screaming at her. she didn’t once acknowledge that she just hurt me by giving my something i’m allergic to. she didn’t once say sorry. she didn’t once seem concerned. there was a worker next to her who overheard and also didn’t seem concerned, didn’t even look my direction. y’all know that if you market things as gluten free, you NEED to have knowledge on it? i was in severe cramps for hours. had i not felt the texture difference they look exactly the same and i ate the whole thing, i would’ve had to go to the ER and you guys would have been totally responsible for it . i wouldn’t have been so angry if i at least got an apology. a “oh no, i’m sorry, are you going to be okay?” i 100% always specify gluten free, ive lived this way for a very long time, and this is the first accident i’ve ever had. a damn shame. you just lost a customer.
I've been shopping from Sai at least 7 years..I really love the place and products..They have everything i need ..Always clean..Cashiers are kind and helpful.
