This lady always has an  issue first she is rude second she makes you wait an Hr to tell you no I can't cut your son hair like that is to hard like wow first time someone tells me that is hard to give a little boy a hair cut . The first time I came was no I can cut hair right now I don't  accept card only cash like wow ok I get it now I just won't come.

I have never been treated so rudely by a hair dresser ever. She was very unprofessional and rude. I will not be going back.

Just meet Jacky once, and you will know what  professional hair cut. She has been in business in the same place for the last 22 years and is handling alone. I would call her the Iron Hair cut Lady of West Valley. My family has a lot of respect for her and professionalism.

She did such a great job cutting my long Asian hair!

I went to this salon yesterday. Jackie  the owner of the shop was awesome!! She worked with me even though I came in last minute with no appointment and was very professional. I’m very picky about my hair and I had been cutting it myself for the last few months  have no experience so, my hair was really dry and messed up. I asked her to give me a flattering cut that kept the length of my long hair. She did a great job and went beyond what I expected. I absolutely love my new hair cut and I plan on returning to this salon. I would recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for an excellent salon and cut. These guys deserve five stars all the way!!

This place is a good place for a quick haircut.. its just a single lady cutting hair and she is always friendly.. about half the ti.e she can only take cash but if you dont mind that then i would highly suggest going to her.. i paid $15 for a hair cut and am satisfied with it.. its better than one of those big chain places where you are just a number sheactually does her best to remember you and remember how you like your hair

I was worried at first I might have come to the wrong place when I saw five customers ahead of me who were all male and much older than I am, but the owner/stylist is such a sweet lady who said she has been cutting hair for almost 30 years and really took the time to reassure me, and my chlorine-damaged hair that till now has had no styling beyond being pulled into a ponytail for 20 years looks great!  Also as an autistic person I usually find salons very scary and a sensory nightmare with all the noise and chemical smells, this one wasn't that bad at all.

The nice lady that runs this place always seems to know the style that I want. She does a great job.Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling

Great place, we didn't have an appointment but she still fit us in, super nice and good at cutting hair, will probably come again
