I am proud to have Dr. Archbald as my dermatologist. I recommend anyone over 50 years old to get a skin check once a year. Dr. Archbald is very knowledgeable, and resolves any issue that I have. The Saints SSM My Chart is a very useful tool to communicate with you doctor.

Extremely satisfied with the care I receive here. The staff is friendly and the provider I see is excellent! Based on my positive experience, I recommend SSM Derm. I would be remiss if I did not mention that I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because they rescheduled my appointment twice in a row without great reason or convenient times to reschedule. I do not think this is the norm, but deserves mention.

The doctors here are great, but good luck getting ahold of anyone to talk to schedule an appointment or refill a prescription. I called SIX times over the span of a day, and I sat on hold for over thirty minutes each time. I wasn't able to fill the prescription I NEEDED, and no body has called me back. I called every extension on the phone number, and no answer.

They got me in super quick. Dr. Alex was amazing. She truly made me feel heard. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Dr Grau, and her staff takes time to listen and solves the problem. She is the most gifted doctor and a blessing to all. Do yourself a favor and get appointment.

The staff were very friendly and check-in was a snap. They posted that the doctor was running about 15 minutes late so I didn’t even get a chance to be irritated. Dr Archbald is a gem-so kind, caring and thorough. One of the best.

Every staff member is always kind and Dr. Grau is one of the best doctors I have ever encountered with hands down the best bedside manner. She’s quick and efficient, yet allows you to ask questions and she really listens.

Excellent! Dr. Archbald is great! Her assistant Vin was awesome. I was so impressed with the professionalism, and they really made me feel welcome. The SSM family is absolutely the best!
