If you want over the top customer service and satisfaction, go see Lee. She is the best personal shopper I have ever had. My 14 yr old is also a huge fan, Lee helped her find the perfect pieces for the first day of school. She is one of a kind!!!!
These ladies + Gloria and Lori helped me immensely with picking out a dress for my rehearsal dinner for my wedding. I spent two hours with them and they went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me. I truly cannot thank them enough for their amazing customer support. Be sure to ask for Dia with help styling!
Davio's is a new Italian restaurant. The decor was very nice & elegant. The had nice past & present music playing. Their complimentary bread & chips was good. My lunch, braised short ribs with mashed potatoes & crispy onions was good & plentiful. Valet parking strongly encouraged. The staff was super friendly, well-informed, and attentive.
Purchased a Ferragamo belt here for my husband. Unfortunately the size was slightly too small, so I went to return it for one size up a 36. They didn’t have any in stock but said they could order it online and have it shipped. When we got the email receipt the associate, Jules, had ordered a 38. I walked back over to question her and she said “oh, you just need to bring it in and we can tailor it to a 36.” My issue is she did not tell us she was doing this. We live an hour away and I would have never agreed to this. I would have simply ordered a different style or got my money back and purchased it online. I went to talk to a manager because now we had to cancel the order and it have to wait 24-48 hours for the money to go back on a merchandise card that Jules had used to refund the first belt and reorder it. Now I’m stuck waiting. Worst part is they DO have a 36 according to their website. The manager Felicia was not really helpful. She couldn’t guarantee I could use the card to repurchase the right size online. So now I have to wait and see if I have to come back AGAIN. I have received much batter service at lower end department stores. The amount of mistakes and lack of care is astounding. I will make sure to not go here in the future for designer purchases.
There's an insane amount of security here. So much so that I felt a little nervous even browsing. But there were several great finds throughout the store, including Tom Ford & Balenciaga. Best of all was a Bally belt that was mismarked half price, and they honored it.

Good luck getting any type of help in the shoe department if you arent white or a rapper. Seeing how they operate on commission you would think they’d be eager to make a sale. But clearly they would rather sit on their phones.
I had a great experience shopping in the Louis Vuitton sdora with Jodie Ann. I was there in August in purchase my 1st purse with her. So I returned in February to purchase sunglasses with her as well. Such a pleasant personality.
I agree with the other reviews about the horrible online experience with Saks. I ordered several dresses for my son's wedding. I returned 2 dresses to the store and a got a credit the same day. After I got home from the store, I discovered on the dress that I wanted to keep that there were some faint light gray spots. Rather than take the long hike back to the store, I was told I could fedex it back for a full refund. First, they charged me $9.95 for the return! It has been 2 weeks and I still don't have a refund. I did get someone to credit me the $9.95 shipping, but even that takes weeks. So here I sit accruing interest on my credit card because Saks doesn't even do a quality check on the products they send out. To make matters even worse, no one at my store in Atlanta would help me find a replacement for this particular dress. Hey Saks, Nordstrom is the gold standard for customer service and you aren't even close. You have people on the call center who are nice and polite, but they aren't empowered to do anything on behalf of the customer. I've had to start all over to find a dress, and thankfully, Nordstrom came through and even expedited the dress I chose to get it to me in time for alterations prior to the wedding. Your business is not classy, and I've told everyone involved in this wedding to stay away from Saks and shop at Nordstrom, Von Maur, Bloomingdales, or elsewhere.
I purchased Balenciaga sneakers that were two different sizes. Company will not make it right. How do you not double check the sizes before shipping! This is suppose to be a luxury dept store.
