ZERO STARS IF I COULD! I have never written a review but this is insane, I bought a pair of leggings two weeks ago, wore them ONCE and the ripped off!!! I called the store to make a return and he said “IM SORRY WE DONT DO RETURNS IN DAMAGE CLOTHES” uh buddy? Like your clothes is clearly garbage and is my fault? I wish I had read the reviews from this place before NEVER BUYING AGAIN.
The same man in the picture provided by Pri S was an extremely rude employee who was even attacking me with some discriminatory words at casher. I escalated this subject to the corporate too but a district manager and all of name-only “executive” people in HQ were stopped responding once I had asked for what types of corrective actions had been taken. I have not seen any company to let such sensitive matter left behind. They should have taken the issue much more seriously and make right actions to fix the issue instead of offering a gift card to shut me up.
Great low prices on high brand merchandise. I walked out with a 40 dollar shirt for only 24 dollars. It's funny because it has all of the stores' clothing at assembly row for half the price. I would say stop by here first when shopping at assembly, it's honestly a steal. I was skeptic as to how I can see the same shirt from the Kenneth Cole store but for half the price. People are simply misinformed and others bank on that. Well hee ya go! Now people know. They still hold ridiculously priced stuff here still though like 100 dollar sweatpants that I get from TJ Maxx and Marshalls for 14 dollars shop smart not lazy. The downside the fact that you will have to do some heavy searching for everything. The store isn't properly sorted for you to find everything easy and at times they are understaffed. If you can even tell who's staff half the time. You may find something you want but it doesn't fit you. Then you end up having to scour the store looking for your size because they aren't in the same place.
This is my first ever goggle review. Let me just start by saying that I work in customer service. What I experienced in this store, could only be described as anything but. Went to this store Saturday 03/12/22 to return a dress that I ordered online. I had ordered 2 dresses and this particular one was a size big. I had the receipt with me and all tags were attached to the dress. I figured since I am already at the store I picked a few other items. When I went to pay I told the cashier helping me that I also have a return and maybe it's best that I start with that. I gave him the dress and he looked at it, and said that e need to speak with the manager. He came back and said that he couldn't return it because the dress according to him was obviously worn. He pointed at a dust stain that probably happened when he had it at the counter. I told him that the dress was not worn, and I wanted to talk to his manager. Manager came, looked bothered. Did not even try to apologize or try to make the situation better. He just gave the override and walked away. My cashier just handed me the receipt and said "Have a nice day". I told him I still have stuff to purchase and he just rolled his eyes. I don't think I will ever return to this store ever. Their employee's should take an example at the Express store net door.
I would give ZERO if I could! I bought the pants 6 days ago, but it ripped in 2 days. The clerk refused to return the pant with such bad quality, with a very bad attitude. NEVER buy anything here because their cloths are as fragile as paper.
I went in to buy a pair boots and when I went to pay for the product the information about it was all wrong. The lady took a long time to find in the system the right code for the it and she had to change all the labels and price. Even the color mentioned on the box for the shoes were wrong,not to mention the fabric of the shoes that unfortunately I didn’t care to look at before i left the store. Today I went in to return/exchange the boots because it didn’t fit and I can’t even put into words how unpleasant the customer service was. I felt extremely insulted because the first thing they said was that the boots were worn because the sole didn’t look the samethey looked like they were worn out on the streets below is a picture of how the sole looks and you can see for yourself if it looks like it was worn. Then they saw a small tear on the back of the boots,which unfortunately I failed to see because the shoes were inside the box since Christmas Day and I didn’t care to take it out until the day I decided to return it. I totally understand the little rip at the back was my fault for not seeing and that if I had seen it before I wouldn’t even have tried to return it, But it was me and other 4/5 women that worked there arguing about the boots for around 10min before we even saw the small rip and their only argument for not accepting the product back was the SOLE until we saw the little rip. What saddens me is the lack of sympathy in their customer service and thinking they have the right to point at you and call you a dishonest person. If I could give zero stars for this place I would.
Great options but employees were not helpful and moping.
1. they do not ask for your member account, you have to push this 2. if they cant find the price, they will select the highest price of a similar item 3. very unfriendly
Went in for some sunglasses. Was charged extra didn’t notice till I was 45 minutes away thankfully Easter Day went from raining to sunny because otherwise I wouldn’t have went to put them on. When I did the glasses said 20$ cheaper than what I was charged. Drove back had to use the bathroom it was filthy. No toilet paper asked the employee she said the house maid had left and nothing she can do. This store was so disorganized lady at the jewelry ignoring customers picking her teeth and putting on lipgloss then handing people jewelry after having fingers in her mouth. Definitely wouldn’t recommend visiting them unless you want to go through a hassle. Not to mention I paid extra tolls there and back home since I had to turn around
