Saks OFF 5TH

One of my fave stores to shop at. After holiday shopping is always my go to time to go, although today was a bit confusing. Their signage and pricing weren’t clear. Some things were 50% off, some was clearance, some clearance was also 50% off. It was a guessing game. Other than that, still always a pleasure to shop there.

I've been here several times, and it seems as though the store gets less appealing each time. On my last visit, the men's section had empty spaces and shelves where one expected to find merchandise, only for them to be bare or partially stocked. A wall display marked "suits" instead had some suitcases. The tie selection was sparse, and the shoe area was embarrassingly paltry in its lack of selection. Unfortunately, I recently experienced this understocked phenomenon elsewhere in the Off 5th chain, so I wonder if Saks is committed to Off 5th in the future.

Ordered a 250 dollar dress that never made it into my apartment and they won’t refund me or compromise ie store credit in any way. Don’t plan to shop here again. Bad and expensive experience.

Nice place a lot of brands with reasonable prices

This door so beautiful awesome very spacious. My top quality stuff now this is my taste I like nice things very expensive stuff always had it and I'm always going to have it because my parents had it and that's the way I was raised so if you like nice things and this store is actually they cut their prices down and they have a lot of sales and Deals going on so you can walk up in here and get some really nice stuff that maybe you never had before it always want it for the low low so it's a great pay people are nice and not all over your back and your shoulder and the quality of their goods are superior I went and got some very nice things the other day and I can't wait to show them off . , 000,000‼ Reşpėčt‼

I really wanted to buy one item that I knew exactly where it was and it was Sunday evening at 6:50 I simply wanted to go in to the store to purchase however the doors were already locked even though the sign specifically states the closing hour for Sunday is 7pm. Call me old fashioned but usually you lock the doors at 7 and then cleanup and go home.

If I could give these guys a zero, I would! Ordered some shirts online that did not fit. They wanted to charge me more to return the shirts online then they originally cost. I finally got to the other end of the state to return them at a brick and mortar store in Eagan Minnesota and they told me it was past 30 days and I could not return them. In this day and age, there are plenty of other places to shop that will have actual customer service. I will never again shop here, and I suggest you do the same!

Great selection of highend merchandise and national brands. Ugasa at the register was SO SUPER HELPFUL and FUN to work with. She really was the icing on cake after a long day shopping. It's people like her that make shopping in store still a fun and easy time.

Saks is one of the anchor stores in the mall One of the Largest but they spread out the clothing so much it seems like a waste. Prices might not be full but there is not a huge discount.
