The entire floor is on sale. If you spend time searching,you can find some top name brand clothes or shoes with competitive prices here. There is not much assistance to help. You are kind on your own. Only one sales register was open, so I waited a little bid.

It’s Thursday the week of Christmas and there are two registers open out of 8. The line is crawling and spilling into the walkway. Last time I was here there was only one cashier with no backup. People have places to be and I’m sure cashiers would rather not deal with the attitude that naturally develops after waiting 30 minutes in line. I’m not supporting Saks Off 5th any longer.
Worst customer service! I literally called in for help near the bags section for 10-11 times but nobody came in to help. No one cares in the store, I don’t know how they are working here. The store is not even busy. Still no one cared to help the few customers walking around in the store. I wish I could give points in minus for the customer service here.
you have to be careful when you purchase from the store they charge you different price from the tag. It happened to me many times and you call Corporal and they said they don’t have nothing to do with the store. Just be careful check your receipt before you leave, I gave complain and I told them that I want to paid the same price that was in the tag and they did not award it. Manager name is Dianne. very rude not professional at all with providing customer service.
Store hours are posted on the door and on the Google search, noting store closing at 9PM. We walked in after 8PM selected a designer special occasion dress and went to try it around 8:30z. A very nice employee led us to the fitting room and told us we can still try it, only to be followed by a different employee yelling across the store that the store is in fact closed. Proceeded to take the clothes out of the fitting room, rudely noting that she’s already cleaned them out and we could not yet them on. It is 8:38PM, all of the doors are locked and the gates down. Some clarification from Saks about their closing hours would be wonderful so their customers are not disrespected and treated in a rude manner. Thank you to that one employee, who was nice to help us but don’t want to get into an altercation with her colleague.

Sadly, the low caliber store Associate behind the cashier counter Jaime; impersonating a Manager Eric Roman. She lied and I am just reading the receipt; I asked to speak to a manager and she said she is the manager. In an industry customer service must be a priority; today, Management failed its clients. I experienced poor service, snarky comments and overall uncouth behavior; unacceptable and unprofessional. She needs an urgent coaching on store etiquette for customers. She snatched my receipt, didn’t acknowledge me, even rolled her eyes lol- who hired her? I will never return to this location. She looked angry and depressed and obviously didn’t want to be there! Get rid of her; she is of a certain age and should know better.
Doesn't have anything good. Better off going to an actual flagship store.
