Sakura Japanese Steakhouse

Just had my birthday here, great food even better service. I haven't had sushi in over 5 years and was worried about what to get. The server was sweet enough to sit down with me and help me decide what good would best suit my tastes. She was completely right and made this the best experience I've had in a while.

Traveled from out of town and stopped in at this restaurant as I love Japanese cuisine. The hibachi chef was exceptional but the waitress was reason enough not to come back. She was rude and really unhelpful. We seemed as we were an inconvenience to her. The coke was super flat so we asked for water and that seemed to be a problem. I definitely would not waste my time coming back to this restaurant.

The food here is great and we love their sushi too. The grill seating is good and usually you have a great cook that is good at cooking and visiting. I’m more into the regular dining tables though, so we usually sit in the dining room. We have never had any waitress that was rude to us. We almost always have a good experience here. There has only been one time we had a waitress not be as stellar as usual, and she may have just been having an off night...if you’ve ever worked as a waitress, you absolutely understand! But she even apologized to us for her “off-ness”...so needless to say, we come here often for good hibachi food, sushi and that ever so awesome yum-yum sauce!

They serve sake and have amazing sushi, who else has that around here?!?! I got the rainbow combo and it was seriously way better than I expected as they have very high quality standards. Super friendly servers. Lunch is the best value, 11a -2p. Sushi rolls are 3 for 10.95! Although if you know you want sushi I suggest ordering everyday except Monday. The sushi chef is gone that day so it can be a lil sloppy. Was told to try the beef ramen but not especially impressed.... then again I'm not a soup person u less the weather's right. Ask for Patricia the server and talk to Ming at the sushi bar. I'll definitely be back ASAP😋

We had a very great Chef. Not only did he cook excellent, but he was very funny too... He had us all laughing. If a Chef can pull that, than yes, I recommend it.
