The best pharmacy I've ever been to. I went here because it was the closest pharmacy to me, when I lived in East Williamsburg. I've since moved twice, further into Brooklyn, but keep using Saldo as they're the most helpful and friendly pharmacy I've ever used. Everything is in-house, so when you call, you're speaking to a person physically at their store. Never been given the runaround. Always honest, willing to help. Just lovely people.

These guys are fantastic. SO much better than a large chain, they ALWAYS answer the phone right away! Once, I called them and told them I was on my way, and they let me in a few minutes after they would have normally closed so that I could get my medication. Just a lovely environment with really great customer service.

Love the family atmosphere and How they always seem to have what I need, despite the very small space. My only wish is that they were open on Sundays. Otherwise a perfect neighborhood pharmacy

Do not go here. The person at the pharmacy didn’t know how to use the register. Charged me twice and said it wouldn’t be a problem. It took four phone calls over two and a half weeks to speak to someone who could resolve the issue and still waiting for my money back. These guys simply don’t know how to run a business.

So happy I switched to using this pharmacy instead of CVS or Walgreens. They are so kind, knowledgeable and FAST! One time I was running late trying to get ready for the airport and they delivered my prescription to my door in 10 minutes. I was amazed! I wish there were still more neighborhood businesses like this around.

I was checking out about to buy an ankle brace and they insisted the one I was buying was too large and found me a smaller size. Such great service, and just to help me, not to make a sale! Really appreciate it.

My go-to pharmacy for over 10 years! Always friendly and efficient.
