Mr. Craig and Sam are amazing. Everything was beyond and they were very knowledgeable in their field. I never would have imagined there was that much to know about all the different kinds of paint. They took the time to explain everything and even donated paint to our clause. I heard they even have a "wrong mix" type give away! Give the shop a good one over for your DIY projects also.....you will be amazed!

Three staff is SO helpful. They are not at all pushy when it comes to sales. It may be a little more spendy then say lowes would be. However, in my opinion the customer service and knowledge base makes it worth a few extra dollars.

I am a Salem area contractor and have been working with these guys for years and I have always been very satisfied. Their prices are reasonable and their product knowledge is spot on. I have never had an issue finding a place to park and I am in there once a week on average and I have found their hours to be convenient and realistic. Thanks Guys.

Their paints are excellent quality. They are amazing at matching chips. I called and just using my phone number, they mixed up a gallon of paint the same color as a recent purchase. Very nice and helpful.

USE THE JUICE BOX. I wanted to stain my backyard fence so I asked the folks at Salem Paint what they would use to apply it. They said, "Use the juice box." Its a machine designed for spraying stain. It was amazing! I did 70 yards of fence line on both sides in 40 minutes! Unbelievably happy with the service and the product. Thanks guys!

These guys are great! Need to adjust the color?/no problem. Actually matched my burgundy exterior paint to a placemat I had. One home almost done, next home comming up. I park right in front, have never seen anyone meter check, but once in a while put in a quarter just for giggles. Big box stores have young, inexperienced staff and poor service IF you can find anyone to help you. Salem paint carries my order to my car Thanks Guys, Jill Asch

Really great local business! Customer service is the best. I have been a Sherwin fan until I tried Salem Paint Co. I won't go back to Sherwin again.
