This place is very cute - beautiful settings indoors and in the garden. Food is lovely, octopus was yum and their pasta was surprisingly good.
Fun place. Great tapas, solid wine list and the sangria was very good. Ate in the back, outdoor area - it’s a little crowded back there but definitely a cool spot to have a meal.
Recommend fish for the day and the steak. Bread pudding as well!
Very busy. Long wait even with reservations but the owner was very nice and appropriately apologetic. The food was well worth the wait, the drinks also amazing. Very nice wine list. The garden room was beautiful with a glass top ceiling even in the rain was beautiful.
I very much enjoyed myself. The flavors were uplifting and the staff was very friendly and upbeat. I felt like I escaped NYC and landed in Spain. The garden room was my favorite part of the restaurant. I recommend this spot for sure! Portions are small FYI.
I’ve lived in NYC for over 5 years and I can confidently say the “garden” at Salinas has the best vibes of any restaurant I’ve been too. The authentic tapas are tremendous here as well making this a perfect place to share small plates with a date or a group of friends. We will continue to come back here time and time again!
The service was exceptional. Even tho The portion size for the entrees were small, it was tasty and well presented on the plates.
Food was great along with our waiter. However after paying the bill we had another waiter run after my husband and I assuming we didn't pay our bill. We were shocked by his accusations. It may have been a race thing, as we were the only African Americans in the restuarant.
