My Sally's is better than yours!!! When i say this i mean it. From the moment i walked in it was a pleasure the young lady at the New Albany locations was more that helpful. Helped me find what i was looking for made suggestions***that truly worked*** and my son and myself were more than pleased with the results. I say keep up the awesome work young lady!!!**wish i remembered her name** but i will be back. As she has made me a loyal Sally's customer.

Very friendly helpful staff, there was even a licensed cosmetologist on staff that gave me some great tips on clipper care!!! Thanks ladies! :)

April so very knowledgeable!! I request her everytime I go now. Very nice staff I don't have to pay a fortune to color my hair now because of April's help!! April changed stores and when I went to this location about 6 months ago maybe the 2 ladies that are there now are so rude nothing at all like the service I've received in the past? They told me April went to the Elizabethtown store and I was prepared to drive an hour to get someone to help me that actually wants to help. I NEVER WILL GO BACK TO MCDONALD LANE STORE. The women don't want to do anything or even answer questions. Stay away from that store. I went to the store in Clarksville and come to find out I go in and see April's smiling face. I was so happy to see her and have her help. Actually all the women at Lewis & Clark are very nice. Totally recommend going 10 or so minutes away and go to Lewis & Clark before wasting ur time even getting out of it car at McDonald's lane. U will regret it & I know I'm not the only 1 to say this.
