I’ve been to the Sally’s Beauty Supply in New Castle, IN several times. The staff has always been very helpful with my many questions. One associate in particular, Maggie, has always been especially helpful. Maggie goes out of her way to assist customers and offers expert advice at no additional cost. Thank you Maggie!!

I wouldn't even give them 1 star! I bought a hair product a few weeks ago and finally had a chance to use it!  Didn't think I would have to open it to check it out before I purchased it! Obviously someone bought this and returned it! Check your products before you purchase anything from this location!

I think all my friends and family that does their hair at home goes to sallys. The hair color is so much better than store bought
