VERY VERY Disappointed!!
Was told the permanent pastel color I bought was to be applied using 1/2 of hair color 1/2 clear and 1/2 developer. Followed  their directions to a tee!  Hair turned out VERY DARK PURPLE. 
Went back to tell them I was not 100% satisfied! Not even 1%!! Their solution, go home and shampoo with Clarifying shampoo mixed with Baking Soda. Have done that 2 to 3 times a day for over a week STILL DARK PURPLE.  
They need to employ PROFESSIONALS!!!

Staff is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about products. Good inventory, average prices with good sale and clearance prices.
