This is my local Sally's for 8 years and it has never let me down when it comes to customer service or product. I love Pam the manager and just his morning, Giovanna got my order ready for my husband to pick up since I can't get out. She was so nice, so sweet and so gracious, it made this rainy day a sunny one.
They should improve customer service. The cashier lady is not friendly at all and doesn't help.
Already knew what I needed but the girl helping me, we got talking about curly hair and showed me products she had used. So she can honestly tell her customers how they work.
Dont use any type of form of card payment takes up to 14 days to put back on your card or store credit but have no worries in taking your money from the account thats just wrong

Ive never had a bad experience here. I have been standing next to sallys for 30 minutes for the nail shop to open and you have already lost 3 customers. I think you guys need to open sooner than 11 on a sunday. Update....make that 4
Customer Service was excellent and although the store was busy with one cashier she didn't rush me, she took the time to assist and explain products in full detail...That's the kids of service I can appreciate...
