Went into to purchase a Wella color 311 Liquid I asked if I could get help and nothing then I asked if they could check in the back because I know Thursdays they have a truck delivery I also called and asked the other day and the lady there I didn’t get her name but she has black straight hair hair pulled back on the sides hispanic I believe she tells me Nope they discontinued it really she just wouldn’t budge to go and look just lazy and rude she wasn’t trying to help me I wish I would have gotten her name she has no business working in customer service what so ever. I know for a fact they are not discontinued because I went somewhere else and just purchased and I told them what that woman at the store on 43rd said and they just shook their head they said absolutely not discontinued

I hate when I have to stop here before work . They are late to open every day . One day I had to sand out in the rain because the lady was late and needed time to open up so she made me stand outside the door until like 10:15 .

It's well stocked and clean. They offer both name brands and generic. There's ample parking great.location. The staff however helpful, but clueless.

First time in and really impressed with cleanliness, stock organized and the knowledgeable sales associate. Price point as well is comparable. Sales associate was very helpful, didn’t carry Redkin product I use but researched a comprable one and found one better! She was very pleasant and def will return b/c of her ! Thank you !

Just popped in after FINALLY deciding to color my hair. Staff was extremely helpful! The girl working was very patient with giving me recommendations and telling me how to care for my hair. I will definitely be coming back to this location and will recommend it to all my friends as well. Do give them a try!

I was confronted and barked down about parking in the front by a black manager. I get the idea but every battle is not a battle . I’m 9 months pregnant. Was only in the store 10 mins . Every case is at your discretion ; and determines if you have repeat clientele . Especially for a small store like this ; also didn’t have too much a variety for ethnic hair . I’ve been going to this location for years ;I most likely won’t go back .

Wonderful service ! Great help did not keep me waiting and was a wonderful help and fixed my hair color. Explained my receipt on any discounts and sales I gotten. Would definitely go back

They have a medium selection of black hair care. Good customer service. Every Sally's is different.

Terrible Customer Service. Cashier wasn't informative and had an attitude. Employees did not have on name badges to identify if they worked there or not.

Fabulous prices and always fully stocked. Wonderful customer service.
