Staff is not very customer service oriented, very overpriced on EVERYTHING... you'd be better off at Wal-Mart or ordering from Amazon. I used to love Sally's but you have to mortgage your home in order to style your hair!

So now, Sally's has decided to Go Green and not use plastic. That's great! I'm all for that, but boo on Sally's for asking customers to pay 15 cents for a paper bag. Not good customer service and definitely not cool!

The worst Sally’s I’ve ever seen in my entire life. They are literally ALWAYS out of EVERY product and they NEVER restock. It’s like they’re begging to go out of business.

Have a new hair project. Needed a certain brand of hair color that could only be found at Sally. I did find the product and the accessories to go with. The sales lady was very helpful, friendly and knowledgable about my project. Very excited to see the outcome.

Sales representative was very helpful! Parking lot is small though.

Rude manager, won't let you do any returns or exchanges even with new products, and charged me $8 for a box of face masks that I did not add to my cart at check out. Do not go here!
